i got this message at the last part of the installation of the small client

Precious Ragnarok Online Private Server has not been totally installed because of the following reason:

REdata.grf: This file contains invalid data. (error 21FC)

i tried to reinstall it but nothing happened still the same.. help me.. it still occurring every time i run the installer xD i wnt to play.
